THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE. LET’S GET STARTED.

1

It’s nothing you haven’t seen before. There is a small form you will have to fill out so we can get enrollment started. There will be a little more paperwork to complete in person, but this is it for now. The form is located a little further down on this page.

2

We’ll reach out and set up our appointment. We come to you and will bring you our simple medical toolkit. We will show you how to use each tool, and make sure you can use them before we leave you with them. Don’t worry though if you forget something because we have use instructions for each tool on the site.

3

Once you are ready to use the toolkit, we connect you to the 24/7 monitoring service. We will then bill Medicare for you. It’s really that simple. Now it’s on you to use the tools and keep your life the way you want it.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US

Moving my mother out of her home and into a senior living was a disaster for me. She was furious and refused to see me and rarely spoke to me. I didn’t know what she was doing, if she was taking her medications, and if she was healthy for about three months. Your monitoring was our only connection to her and gave us a great sense of comfort to know that she was at least doing the things she needed to do to be healthy. When we finally got together for lunch, she looked great. She was happy in her new home and I wasn’t upset with her because I knew the whole time she was taking her medicines, eating, exercising and had her blood sugar in check. Thank you for providing this through such a tough time for us. We are going to continue to use this system.

I have to admit the whole remote monitoring thing sounded like “hocus pocus” to me when you first talked with our community about it. I only have this tablet and my phone that is connected to the wall and I don’t want to be tech savvy. But my son made me sign up. Once I got the hang of it, it became part of my daily routine. I took my medicine when I got the call. Check. I took my blood pressure at 10am. Check. If it was high, somebody called me and we figured it out. It is not hard, and I actually like it now. Don’t tell Ken, he already thinks he’s smart.

Being blind has posed some problems over the last 40 years, but being old and blind is the biggest. My daughters worry about me all the time. Maybe they always did, but now it’s relentless. I guess it’s because I keep going to the hospital with diabetic issues or UTIs. The remote monitoring was my last hope to stay by myself. After six months of using this and weighing, checking my blood pressure and glucose levels, I haven’t been to the hospital once. You get on my nerves with the calls and reminders, but not as much as my girls or being in the hospital. All this to say, thank you!
