Our certified nursing staff connects with your physician on your progress or alerts them of the lack of such.
We will build a trend directly communicated to your treating physician and will always be on standby to make sure you did not miss a medication or your vitals threshold is in normal range. No need for any technical knowledge or skills on your part – we make sure it is seamless, easy and ready-to-use. Our team will come to you and simply show you how to use it.
THE INDEPENDENCE PROCESS OUTLINED
1. You will receive a prescription for RPM (Remote Health/Physiological Monitoring) by your Physician.
2. We provide you with the ready-to-use tool kit to incorporate in your daily routine as advised by your Doctor. It does not require technical knowledge, just the drive to manage your own health. The busy work and technological advance needed to keep your tools to the highest standards is our job.
3. IWG’s trained staff will meet with you and educate you on how to use the tools. Then we start your journey while you enjoy your regular daily routine.
4. Should you miss a dose of a medicament or have a vital reading outside of normal (determined by your Doctor) value, our tools will display an alert, our nurse will check on you and/or contact your physician if necessary.
5. Medicare covers 100% of the tools and the monitoring after your deductible is met (approximately $148).
